The
First Argentine Swim School for Babies is a worldwide
pioneer. Since 1960 it has taught 14,000 babies to swim
by playing through the Matroswimming ™
method created by its founder
Dr. Patricia Cirigliano (About Dr. Patricia Cirigliano).
At
present, the School is considered a prestigious international
referent. Also the Superior Institute of Physical Education
– Hugo Quinn has been created I.S.E.F.I.
(A 795) which grants Official Degrees on
Physical Education
Teaching career with Early Childhood Specialization
and post-degree on Matroswimming
and Infant Aquatic Education Specialization.
The Fist Argentine Swim School for Babies carries out
scientific research on application and results of Matroswimming
™ method which is then published for local
and foreign scientific communities.
Dr.
Patricia Cirigliano acted as president at several International
Congresses organized by this School which was also the
venue in 2001 of the 6th. Worldwide Congress on
Babies Aquatic Education organized by the World
Aquatic Babies Conference.
The
School supplies constant support for upbringing both through
its Director and teaching staff.
